Dr. Cecile Shafer graduated from Fresno State in May 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She attended the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May, 2000. She has practiced small animal medicine in the Visalia area since graduating.

She is the mother of two beautiful daughters and enjoys drawing, gardening and writing. Special interests in veterinary medicine include ultrasound, dermatology and internal medicine.
